Artworks Loveland - Studio Center is a 20,000 SF building located next to the historic Loveland Feed & Grain building at 3rd Street and Railroad Avenue just West of the historic Downtown Loveland. The Artworks Loveland’s seventeen studios are the first phase of an art complex that will grow to include atelier workshops, professional level classes and a large scale gallery space.

This is a community of visual artists devoted to creating and learning. This endeavor is meant to encourage individual and professional development through a working studio community. Read more about the project at www.artworksloveland.org

Resident Studio Center Artists

• Studios are available 24/7
• High speed Internet and Wi-Fi
• Well lighted, heated and air-conditioned
• Nine to ten foot plus ceilings
• Card entry security to the building and lockable studio doors
• Artificial and natural light (windows or solar tubes) in each studio
• Common space lounge with lighted wall space and floor space for public exhibits
• Common gender specific ADA restrooms
• Common clean-up sinks and water resource for studio uses

Application Process for Resident Studio Center Artists

Each artist will be required to submit:

• 10 images of recent work
• Artist’s Statement
• Statement of career objectives
• Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Three references
• In addition, selected applicants will
  have either an on-site interview or
  a telephone interview with a member
  of the selection panel.
